About Me
The Good District began in 2009 as an experiment to recreate the success Julie Powell experienced when she started the Julie/Julia Project.
The main differences being that I am not Julie Powell, I am not writing about cooking, and I am blogging about writing my first novel. To date, I have only made marginal strides towards the completion of my book, thus making this blog as much about the art of procrastination as anything else.
Each day at The Good District, I attempt to track my progress on the book, share a little wisdom, dish on the District, and vent when necessary. Life is short, and I hope you enjoy the blog, and the book that results.
